What is Clarivein®?

ClariVein® is a specialty catheter for the infusion of physician specified fluids through a minimally invasive, in-office procedure to treat varicose veins. Typically, the procedure using a ClariVein® catheter takes about 30 minutes, depending on the extent of the problem.

Used for multiple applications, the ClariVein® system includes a 360-degree rotating tip that allows for the well-dispersed coverage of the vessel. Use of the ClariVein® does NOT require painful anesthesia.

What’s involved?

ClariVein® :
• Is minimally invasive – ClariVein® is small, allowing the entrance point to be small as well.
• Enables easy recovery – Studies show that when using ClariVein®, patients reported rapid return to normal activities.
• Is easy to use – perfect for quick, in-office procedures.

What happens during the ClariVein® procedure?

Once placed inside the peripheral vasculature using a pin-sized entry through the skin, the tiny rotating tip of the ClariVein® catheter is set in motion to treat the inside of the vessel with 360-degree coverage, delivering medicine specified by your doctor.

The procedure typically takes very little time and creates minimal discomfort.
