Meet Our Office Administration Team
Danita Barron is the practice manager for Calcagno & Rossi Vein Treatment Center. Dani worked in a medical surgical office for 22 years with Dr. Rossi, earning her coding certification before helping to open Calcagno & Rossi Vein Treatment Center in 2007. Her responsibilities include overseeing the daily activities of the practice, including human resources, billing and accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory control, quality assurance, licensure and accreditation regulations, and policies and procedures. Dani enjoys spending time with her friends and family, which include two adorable grandsons.
Receptionist and Billing Specialist
Jessica joined the Calcagno & Rossi team in April 2007 as the front-desk receptionist. She answered phones, scheduled procedures and made sure patients’ questions were answered. Since then, her responsibilities have grown to include billing department duties, such as payment posting and resolving claim issues. She also is part of the pre-certification team. Jessica continues to oversee front-desk activities. During her spare time, Jess can be found spending time with her beautiful daughter.
Lindsi worked with Dr. Rossi for several years at a general surgery practice before joining the Calcagno & Rossi Vein Treatment Center team when it opened in 2007. Her responsibilities, at that time as a medical assistant, were assisting the doctors with procedures and performing diagnostic ultrasounds. Lindsi left Calcagno & Rossi Vein Treatment Center in 2008, when her family relocated to Oklahoma. She rejoined Calcagno & Rossi in 2011 with new responsibilities. Currently, she works in the pre-certification department, dealing with insurance companies, ensuring the patient’s procedures are authorized for coverage. In her spare time, Lindsi enjoys spending time with her husband and two wonderful sons. She enjoys time spent at her sons’ football, baseball or soccer practices and games.
Front Desk Receptionist
Diana is one of the first people you will meet when you arrive at our office. She joined us in 2013 as a front desk receptionist and her duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, registration and a variety of other office tasks. When not at work, Diana’s love of music and singing is put to use as the choir director at Grace United Methodist Church in Millersburg. She also loves spending time with her husband and family, which includes three grandchildren!
