Alexandra earned her nursing degree from Harrisburg Area Community College’s nursing program in 2009. Her nursing experience includes three years on the orthopedic unit at Holy Spirit Hospital. She joined Calcagno & Rossi Vein Treatment Center in April 2012 as a pre-operative and post-operative nurse and also educates the patients on their vein disease. Other duties include marketing the practice and new business development. Alexandra’s favorite hobbies include rock climbing and running and she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her son and daughter!
Enesa is a medical assistant and earned her associate degree from Keystone Technical Institute in 2008. She joined the practice in June 2008 and works closely with the physicians in patient-care roles. Her responsibilities include assisting the physicians during procedures, such as VNUS Closure®, microphlebectomy, and sclerotherapy. She also assists with new patient evaluations and follow-up visits, and is responsible for medical supply inventory control. Enesa enjoys spending time with her family, especially her adorable daughter!
Medical Assistant and Vascular Lab Technician
Liz graduated from Kaplan Institute with an associate degree in medical assisting in 2006 and joined the practice when it opened in January 2007. As a medical assistant and vascular lab tech, Liz’s duties include assisting the physicians with the VNUS Closure® procedure, microphlebectomies and sclerotherapy, as well as new patient evaluations and office visits. She also performs diagnostic ultrasounds for venous disease and assists with infection control responsibilities. Liz’s favorite hobbies include collecting and watching movies and listening to music. She loves spending time with her son Dominic along with her husband Eric.
Medical Assistant and Vascular Lab Technician
Amie has served as a medical assistant at Calcagno & Rossi Vein Treatment Center since the practice opened in 2007. She graduated with her associate degree in medical assisting from Harrisburg Area Community College in 2006. Amie is responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasounds, assisting the doctors during microphlebectomies, VNUS Closure® procedures and sclerotherapy, as well as new patients consults and follow-up office visits. Amie’s duties also include monitoring infection control for the office. In her spare time, Amie loves to cook and bake, and enjoys walking her dog, Brandy.
Andrea joined our team in December 2012 as a medical assistant. Her responsibilities include assisting the physicians with procedures such as VNUS Closure® , microphlebectomies, and sclerotherapy. She performs ultrasounds and assists with new patient consultations, as well as follow-up visits. Andrea also enjoys her front desk duties, which include registration and scheduling appointments. She graduated from McCann School of Business and Technology with an Associate’s Degree in Medical Assisting. Andrea enjoys spending time with her family, especially her nephew and her dog Buster!
Kelsey joined our staff in September 2013 and assists the physicians with procedures such as VNUS Closure® , microphlebectomies, and sclerotherapy. Kelsey earned her Associates Degree in Medical Assisting from Central Penn College in 2013. Her job duties also include assisting the physicians with new patient consultations, follow-up visits, and front desk responsibilities, as well as inventory control. When not at work, Kelsey enjoys hunting and riding her dirt bike!
Nicole earned her Medical Assistant diploma from Kaplan Career Institute in 2013. She joined our team as a medical assistant, assisting the physicians with VNUS Closure® procedures as well as microphlebectomies and sclerotherapy. Her other job duties include diagnostic ultrasound, front desk registration and scheduling appointments. She also assists with new patient consultations and follow-up visits. Outside of work, Nicole volunteers her time as a counselor at the Keystone Diabetic Kids Camp where she has been involved for 13 years. She also enjoys spending time with the newest members of her family, her cat, Sebastian, and her dog, Zoey!
Myine joined our staff in August 2014 as a medical assistant. She immigrated from the Philippines in 2007 and has since earned an Associate Degree in Medical Assisting from McCann School of Business and Technology in July 2014. She has been a member of the AAMA since 2013 and became a CMA in 2014. Her duties include assisting the physicians with new patient evaluations, phlebectomies, radiofrequency ablations, and front desk responsibilities. Myine is passionate about taking care of geriatric patients and works part-time in elderly home care. In her spare time, she enjoys working out at the gym, cooking, collecting scarves and especially spending time with her husband, family and daughter Alec Jane.
